Primary Contact

The primary contact will be contacted about all aspects of your EQA participation and wil be the only person authorised to place your EQA scheme order

Secondary Contact

The secondary contact will be contacted about most aspects of EQA participation for example submission reminders, performance notifications and is able to view your EQA order but cannot make changes to the order without confirmation from the Primary Contact

Head of Lab / Quality Manager

The head of lab / quality manager will not be contacted about routine participation, they will only be contacted if both the Primary and Secondary contacts cannot be reached, or in instances of persistent or global poor performance issues
